Chief Engineer of Institute Stroyproekt Aleksander Zlotnikov is awarded a medal “For Construction of Transport Facilities”

The Russian Ministry of Transport awarded Aleksander Zlotnikov with a medal “For Construction of Transport Facilities” for his professional achievements and many years of diligent work, and on occasion of his 60th birthday. 

The medal was presented by Vadim Vlasov, Vice-Chairman of the Committee for Transport Infrastructure Development, who congratulated Aleksander Zlotnikov and thanked him for his contribution to the development of St. Petersburg transport system, and praised his valuable expertise, knowledge and creativity.
