After reconstruction this M-1 “Belarus” section will be operated as a toll road. Therefore, the Project includes construction of local free roads to provide access to numerous settlements in the area.

The Project includes: 3 traffic interchanges, 18 bridges and overpasses, 13 overhead pedestrian crossings.

In parallel with reconstruction of M-1 “Belarus” Highway section another project is being implemented: Construction of new connection between Moscow Ring Road and M-1 “Belarus” Highway (Oditsovo Bypass), Stroyproekt is rendering services of a Technical Expert for this project. The project is among the first ones in Russia that are implemented under a concession agreement.
