The M-12 Vostok Highway Stage 1 to 4 Project was announced as the best federal infrastructure project

On November, 14, the winners of the 10^th Formula of Motion national award for achievements in transportation and transport infrastructure were announced at the Transport Week forum in Moscow. 

On November, 14, the winners of the 10^th Formula of Motion national award for achievements in transportation and transport infrastructure were announced at the Transport Week forum in Moscow.  

The M-12 Vostok Highway stage 1 to 4 Project, including a cable-stayed bridge over the Oka River, is the winner in the nomination “The Best Federal Infrastructure Project – 2022”. 

Transport Week 2023 is taking place from 14 to 17 November 2023 and is sponsored by the Russian Ministry of Transport.

Expressway Highway M-12 Vostok The new highway is designed to divert transit traffic coming from the western Russian regions towards Nizhnekamsk and Naberezhnye Chelny, and further to Ufa, bypassing a congested road along the dam of Nizhnekamsk hydropower plant. The bypass includes a new bridge over the Kama near Kotlovka and Ilyinka. Our engineers have developed and considered five route alternatives to choose the optimal one, both in technical and economic terms.
